The property is spotless and pleasant. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The rooms are well-equipped and generally offer central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, and television. They serve large and amazing breakfasts for all tastes with actual vegetarian sausages and juices, as for instance. Exceptional service, they provide a private parking and wifi.

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a pleasant stay at the weekend. The breakfast was fairly priced with actual vegetarian sausages, truly enjoyed it. The location was absolutely perfect right by the seafront, very close to an art museum.

I had good 1-night stay here! The location was peaceful and comfortable as for me, close to Brighton and Kemptown, a communal garden which was nice and the shops and bars. Came to visit a victorian pier, based at a short distance from the hotel.
The staff were absolutely rude, didn't expect that coming.
